Process
Getting Started
To receive a quote for your project, please email me with some information including before photos of your space, floor plan, and a few details about your project at jane@janegianarelli.com. This will help me understand the scope of your project and provide you with an accurate quote.
Once we have agreed to move forward with the project, I will send you a Letter of Agreement and an Invoice. Full payment is required via Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle before we start. Please note that funds are non-returnable and non-transferable, and third-party payments are not accepted.
After receiving the payment, I will begin by sketching the framework and will send you photo updates. Once you approve the layout, we will move on to the ink and color stage. If significant changes are made after the ink/marker stage has begun, including the due date, additional fees may be applied.
The turnaround time for the project is typically two weeks after payment. You will receive your rendering via email in a high-resolution digital format, labeled 300 DPI. You may choose to have the rendering mounted on 15′′ x 20′′ foam board or rolled in a tube and shipped directly to you. Please note that there is an additional shipping fee. If you would like the original artwork, please let me know.
